It’s Time to Use Gratitude to Change Your Life
Gratitude is an energetic superpower that you can use to help you manifest your heart’s dream life. At the core, we want to feel good. We may believe that only specific manifestations in the outer material world can make us feel the way we want to feel, but what if there was another way to bring those good feelings into our present now?
When you appreciate all the blessings already present in your life, the good feeling in your heart grows. Not only does this attract more good things into your life by making you energetically magnetic to more blessings, but it also dramatically increases your happiness in the present.
In this 21-day Gratitude Masterclass, I’ll introduce a new key idea about Gratitude each day and then walk you through one action step you can take to embody that idea in your life. Print out the worksheet below, or take out a piece of paper and a pen, and write down one thing that you’re grateful for at this moment. It can be something small, such as you appreciate the fresh breeze you feel against your skin, or how delicious a beverage you’re drinking is.
