Gratitude is a superpower you’re born with that can help you manifest your heart’s desires. When you practice gratitude every day, you change your frequency to match the deeply fulfilled, future version of yourself who is already living your dream life.
The outer world is a mirror that reflects what is occurring within. Gratitude changes your internal state, making you magnetic to everything your heart desires, while also bringing immense amounts of joy into your life.
Today’s Meditation: Find Your Heart’s Greatest Desire
What is it that your heart most deeply desires? Before you can manifest this desire, you must become clear about how you expect having it will make you feel.
Everything in your world is energy, which means what you genuinely desire underneath any particular manifestation is to feel the way you expect manifesting your heart’s greatest desire will make you feel.
Visualize a future version of yourself who has already manifested your heart’s greatest desire. You may be able to see clearly what your future self has manifested, or your inner vision may feel a bit unclear, and you can’t yet see what the life of your future self looks like.
Regardless of what you see in your visualization, focus on how this future version of yourself feels. How does your future self’s heart feel? Can you bring the energy your future self is feeling into your present?
Now imagine that you are this future version of yourself, and the wonderful feeling they’re experiencing by having manifested their heart’s greatest desire lives within you, and continues to grow stronger and stronger.

At this time in my life my hearts desire is to spend my time living my days to the fullest m, enjoying time with my family creating memories like skydiving with my grandson.
My heart's desire is to love every part of myself unconditionally.
