There is a place of peace and deep inner wisdom within you that you can access at any time. When you wish to find an answer that applies to your unique life journey, go within yourself and wait for the answer you seek to arrive on its own.
If you look outside yourself for answers, you'll feel lost among the conflicting responses from many different voices. You're the only one who has the answers you seek.
Many voices outside yourself come from a place of deep wisdom and can mirror what your heart knows to be true, but they don't have your answers. When you hear something that resonates with you, it's important not to idealize the person who shared it.
When someone shares a piece of wisdom that feels good to you, they're mirroring back a piece of truth that already lives in your heart. Hearing the answer from someone else can be helpful, but believing their wisdom is better than yours pulls you away from your center.
It can be validating to hear a wise, famous person confirm what your heart already knows to be true, but that doesn't mean they have more answers for you.
