The Artist Is A Messenger For Love

The artist lets love pour through them without trying to force something to bloom. The artist creates the environment for inspiration to arrive and then waits patiently for the Universe’s love to flow through them.

There is never a need to force yourself to be creative. If you feel like the inspiration you need to create isn’t present, ask yourself why you feel such a strong need to be inspired at that moment.

The artist is at ease, knowing that inspiration always arrives at the perfect time. When you look at the art created by others you may envision the artist who gave birth to that art as extremely talented and disciplined.

Of course it’s different for every artist, but most of the time great art is born through someone who acts as a channel, stepping aside from the art and watching it get birthed completely on its own, right in front of their eyes.

Let go and trust that the greatest art always gets birthed from something beyond the human self. The artist is patient, carrying a soft, gentle touch that is ready to be temporarily animated by the Universe’s love.
