Your mind’s fears are illusions. The way to overcome your fears isn’t to fight them by trying to convince yourself you shouldn’t be afraid; the way through is to witness them with love.
If one of your fears ever becomes unbearably intense, you can always dissolve it by placing a hand on your heart and taking deep breaths until all your attention is redirected away from your mind’s fear and onto the love in your heart.
When you experience fear, a gift always comes with it. Once you’ve connected with your heart and breathed through the intensity of your fear, you can ask it why it has arisen. If you have the courage to look your fear in the eyes and face it, it’ll share an important message with you.
