Whenever things in the outer, material world feel too intense, know that there is a safe space always available within your heart.

Sometimes it’s easy to follow your heart’s guidance, but other times it takes great courage. Know that you’re never alone, and divine, benevolent forces are watching over you at all times.

You’re always being held and guided. Let the love in your heart pour through you and onto everything you perceive with your awareness. You’re doing an incredible job, and the Universe is so proud of you!

Don’t listen to your mind when it compares your path with somebody else’s path. No matter what appearances may suggest, no two Soul paths are the same, which is why it’s so important that you stay focused on yours.

You’re the only one who knows whether or not you’re in integrity with your heart’s guidance. No one outside of you can determine whether or not you’re living a life that is true to the reason your Soul chose to incarnate here on Earth.
