The most significant benefit that practicing gratitude adds to your happiness is helping you to see and appreciate all the blessings that are right in front of you. There is already so much for you to be grateful for that can add immense amounts of joy to your life when fully appreciated.
You can express gratitude for the wonderful body that supports you, the relationships that nourish you, the food and drinks that bring you pleasure, and the gift of having this incredibly rare human experience. It’s beautiful to manifest more blessings into your life, but the greatest source of happiness comes when you fully appreciate the miracles that are already abundant in your life.
