In a forest, all living beings are at peace. Every plant and animal knows its purpose and lives it confidently. Although there are many struggles of survival in a forest, there is no lack of purpose.
Humans suffer when they fail to find meaning in their lives. When we find meaning, there is an inherent, sustainable joy in our lives, not reliant on fleeting pleasures.
Just like the trees in a forest live with deep meaning to their existence, we, too, must act with a sense of purpose. No matter what each of us does for work in our lives, our choices affect other people.
Nobody lives in a vacuum, and this realization allows us to see that finding meaning in our lives can be simple. If every action we take has an effect on others, whether directly or indirectly, we can choose actions that positively influence others.
You don’t need to become successful by society’s standards to have a positive influence on others. Everyone who does things with love beautifully impacts the world in a way that is infinitely greater than their mind can comprehend.
Love,
