The core of it is seeing the value that you are. It’s not what you do, it’s who you are. When you walk into a room, the energy that shows up is inherent in you. It doesn’t come from you doing anything or saying anything. And when you recognize this, you see that all of nature is abundant, because no one hides who they truly are. There’s nothing you have to do when you’re centered on your heart. When you let go of all the complicated stuff that’s not necessary, what’s true will arise spontaneously without any effort on your part. The most challenging part is to step out of the way and allow truth to rise up through you on its own. There’s nothing you have to do. You just have to let it happen. There is an infinite well of truth that lives within your heart that will manifest into this world in a unique way that only you can bring. This love that comes through you will heal all those it touches, no matter what form it takes.

The forms are not important. They feel important to your ego, but the form is an illusion. When something is done with love, people can feel that no matter what it is. If you sit in stillness, it becomes easier for this love to flow through you. The truth cannot be forced. It can only be felt and experienced. And it comes on its own timing. Go within and feel how your heart is feeling at this moment. Remember the ease and joy that you experienced effortlessly during some of your favorite childhood moments. This is how your life can be all the time.

If you walk your heart’s path, you’ll feel grounded. It may not be as exciting, but it will feel easy. You’ll feel a sense of purpose in everything that you do, but if you give in to the voices of fear, you’ll be pulled in many different directions, chasing one thing until a new desire arises and leads you to chase another thing. When you follow your heart’s path, there is no chasing. There’s only alignment. There’s only one direction to travel in when you follow the guidance of your heart, and you may be asking yourself, “How do I know if the guidance I’m receiving is from my heart? How do I know, or how can I tell if I’m going in the right direction?”

But this is something that your mind will only say if it’s avoiding the path that it knows deep down you’re meant to walk. Because even amongst the confusing thoughts, deep down you really know what the right next path for you to walk is, and the next right step for you to take on that path. It’s easy, but it requires courage. And it also requires you to think about what’s best for your heart, not just for momentary pleasure and the satisfaction of your desires. Your mind’s desires will always be changing. Although you may reach them during certain moments of your life, a new desire inevitably arises, and this can be fun to satisfy your desires, but it must come secondary to you following your heart’s path. To you, living your purpose.

Your beliefs are one of the most powerful forces in your life. When you believe something is true, you begin looking for evidence to confirm your belief. When your belief becomes strong enough, you’ll find it challenging to see any evidence that disproves it.

If you feel stuck in a particular area of your life at this moment, it’s likely because there is a belief within you that is ready to change.

Everything in your life is meant to flow easily. Love, abundance, joy, and health are your natural states, and flow freely when you’re not carrying any beliefs that restrict them.

When you have a belief that prevents you from experiencing any of these natural states, you can call it a limiting belief.
