Living from your heart doesn’t mean denying difficult things or pretending they don’t exist. It means remaining anchored to the love, peace, and truth within you as you experience them. By visualizing your sense of self dropping from your mind into your heart, you become like a tree with deep roots, centered and grounded even when outside forces try to pull you in different directions.

The more you practice living from this center, the more you recognize that your unique energy is a gift to the world. When you embody peace and love, your presence positively affects the people and circumstances around you, creating a chain reaction that helps awaken the love within everyone.

This talk is going to be about abundance. But abundance isn’t about money. Money is a reflection of abundance, but true abundance starts with appreciating what you have: appreciating the health, appreciating the peace, and then appreciating the money.

The core of it is seeing the value that you are. It’s not what you do, it’s who you are. When you walk into a room, the energy that shows up is inherent in you. It doesn’t come from you doing anything or saying anything. And when you recognize this, you see that all of nature is abundant, because no one hides who they truly are. And when you stop hiding your true self, it’ll be the same. When you show up, things just happen for you.

There's No Chasing; Only Alignment

There is a divine path laid out before you, but it’s up to you whether or not you want to walk it. Many times you’ll be redirected back to this path, but that doesn’t mean that there’s an energy that’s going to force you to walk it. Because of your free will, you always have a choice. You can listen to your heart’s guidance and have faith that it’s leading you to where you want to go, or you can give in to fear and follow the path that your ego is momentarily pulling you towards. And I say momentarily because there will always be another force pulling you in another direction.

If you walk your heart’s path, you’ll feel grounded. It may not be as exciting, but it will feel easy. You’ll feel a sense of purpose in everything that you do, but if you give in to the voices of fear, you’ll be pulled in many different directions, chasing one thing until a new desire arises and leads you to chase another thing. When you follow your heart’s path, there is no chasing. There’s only alignment. There’s only one direction to travel in when you follow the guidance of your heart, and you may be asking yourself, “How do I know if the guidance I’m receiving is from my heart? How do I know, or how can I tell if I’m going in the right direction?”

But this is something that your mind will only say if it’s avoiding the path that it knows deep down you’re meant to walk. Because even amongst the confusing thoughts, deep down you really know what the right next path for you to walk is, and the next right step for you to take on that path. It’s easy, but it requires courage. And it also requires you to think about what’s best for your heart, not just for momentary pleasure and the satisfaction of your desires. Your mind’s desires will always be changing. Although you may reach them during certain moments of your life, a new desire inevitably arises, and this can be fun to satisfy your desires, but it must come secondary to you following your heart’s path. To you, living your purpose.

Embody the Frequency of Your Future Self

When you follow your intuition, you attract life circumstances that make your heart happy. The life your intuition is leading you toward may be different from the one your ego is pursuing. Before you can manifest your dream life, you must surrender the ideas you inherited about what that life should look like. Many people unconsciously follow a life path given to them by their parents and society, without asking their hearts what they want. If you live to fulfill other people’s idea of what happiness looks like, you’ll create a life your heart doesn’t enjoy.

Let Go of Your Past

Your ego may have doubts that make you second-guess your heart’s path. When you have fearful thoughts that make you question your life, see them as clouds temporarily blocking the blue sky that exists within. When you see through all illusions, you’ll recognize the love that exists at your core.

Every feeling you wish to experience already lives within you. You never have to do anything to earn the love already present in your heart. Allow your life to unfold naturally, with faith that things are falling into place. There is a greater plan unfolding, even if your ego can’t yet see how all your life experiences connect. Each event in your life carries deep meaning and moves you further along your heart’s path. Trust that your life is unfolding in a divinely guided way that will soon make sense.

You Know the Way

You’re the only one who knows what your heart’s path is. Although it may be tempting to listen to a confident speaker tell you what to do, they can’t hear your heart’s whispers. Looking for someone to lead you down your heart’s path will bring unnecessary suffering. Instead of looking for someone to reveal an insight that forever changes your life, let the answers you’re looking for find you in stillness.

What you’re seeking lives within. If you look for others to tell you what to do, you’ll waste energy searching in the wrong places. People may deliver important messages to you, but when they do, you’re the one energetically calling it in. There are times when it’s necessary to seek advice, but you must always see the guidance you receive through the lens of your heart.

Professionals can help tremendously in different areas of your life. At certain periods of your life, you may benefit from the expertise of a doctor, therapist, physical trainer, life coach, mentor, etc. Prioritizing your inner wisdom doesn’t mean others can’t help you. Your intuition will lead you to the people who can best assist you on your path, but it’s essential not to prioritize their guidance above your heart.

Let Go of Your Past

There are times when it’s necessary to make plans, but don’t let your ego’s desire to know what your future will look like prevent you from enjoying what is already in front of you. Divine, benevolent energies are always supporting you behind the scenes. You never need to fear that the change you’re experiencing now will force you to return to an uncomfortable life circumstance from your past, because you exist at a different frequency.

If you feel like you’ve drifted away from your heart’s path, know that it’s never too late to get back on track and create a life that deeply excites you. The Universe is always ready to help guide you back toward your highest potential path, often in ways that seem to defy all logic.

Make an intention to follow your heart to the best of your ability, and the Universe will support you. If you look for them, you’ll find hidden messages and divine synchronicities in your environment that will guide you. How to Change Any Belief

In this week’s Insight, I share a simple practice for changing any belief: find the area of your life where you feel the most desire, which is often where you feel the most blocked, uncover the belief behind it, and write its empowering opposite. Then, instead of fighting the old story, nurture the new one, like watering a new plant in your garden, until it grows so big you forget the limiting version ever existed.

The most powerful force in the Universe is love. At the core, love is all there is. The world you’re living in is constantly rearranging itself into new, unique forms. As the world and your life change, remaining centered on love will make you feel grounded in a way that nothing else can.

One of the best ways to stay rooted in love is to listen to and follow your intuition. Similar to how the world is constantly changing, so is your mind. Your mind serves an essential role, but its highest potential use isn’t to be the foundation of your being.
