You Don't Have to Earn Your Worth

There’s nothing you have to do when you’re centered on your heart. When you let go of all the complicated stuff that’s not necessary, what’s true will arise spontaneously without any effort on your part. The most challenging part is to step out of the way and allow truth to rise up through you on its own. There’s nothing you have to do. You just have to let it happen. There is an infinite well of truth that lives within your heart that will manifest into this world in a unique way that only you can bring. This love that comes through you will heal all those it touches, no matter what form it takes.

The forms are not important. They feel important to your ego, but the form is an illusion. When something is done with love, people can feel that no matter what it is. If you sit in stillness, it becomes easier for this love to flow through you. The truth cannot be forced. It can only be felt and experienced. And it comes on its own timing. Go within and feel how your heart is feeling at this moment. Remember the ease and joy that you experienced effortlessly during some of your favorite childhood moments. This is how your life can be all the time.

There's No Chasing; Only Alignment

There is a divine path laid out before you, but it’s up to you whether or not you want to walk it. Many times you’ll be redirected back to this path, but that doesn’t mean that there’s an energy that’s going to force you to walk it. Because of your free will, you always have a choice. You can listen to your heart’s guidance and have faith that it’s leading you to where you want to go, or you can give in to fear and follow the path that your ego is momentarily pulling you towards. And I say momentarily because there will always be another force pulling you in another direction.

If you walk your heart’s path, you’ll feel grounded. It may not be as exciting, but it will feel easy. You’ll feel a sense of purpose in everything that you do, but if you give in to the voices of fear, you’ll be pulled in many different directions, chasing one thing until a new desire arises and leads you to chase another thing. When you follow your heart’s path, there is no chasing. There’s only alignment. There’s only one direction to travel in when you follow the guidance of your heart, and you may be asking yourself, “How do I know if the guidance I’m receiving is from my heart? How do I know, or how can I tell if I’m going in the right direction?”

But this is something that your mind will only say if it’s avoiding the path that it knows deep down you’re meant to walk. Because even amongst the confusing thoughts, deep down you really know what the right next path for you to walk is, and the next right step for you to take on that path. It’s easy, but it requires courage. And it also requires you to think about what’s best for your heart, not just for momentary pleasure and the satisfaction of your desires. Your mind’s desires will always be changing. Although you may reach them during certain moments of your life, a new desire inevitably arises, and this can be fun to satisfy your desires, but it must come secondary to you following your heart’s path. To you, living your purpose.

Your True Self is Love

You're never alone and are always being guided by benevolent energies that only want the best for you. See through the illusion of the obstacles you're facing, and allow the guidance that lives within you to lead you through them.

There is always a solution to any problem you're facing, and it will come to you when you find the voice inside that comes from a place beyond your world.

Your heart is a direct line of communication with the Universe's infinite intelligence. If you're ever unsure about what the next right step to take is, connect with your heart and patiently wait for an answer.

The Inner Journey

Each moment of your life is a wonderful gift. Go within and find the part of yourself who knows this is true. Underneath the illusion of appearances is the love that exists in everything.

When you're able to see the love that lives in everything, you'll find the world you live in rearranging itself in magical ways to give you a life filled with overflowing amounts of abundance in all areas of your life.

Find the inner part of yourself who is already at peace. The journey you're on has always been an inner journey that happened to play out through the external world.

Embody the Frequency of Your Future Self

When you follow your intuition, you attract life circumstances that make your heart happy. The life your intuition is leading you toward may be different from the one your ego is pursuing. Before you can manifest your dream life, you must surrender the ideas you inherited about what that life should look like. Many people unconsciously follow a life path given to them by their parents and society, without asking their hearts what they want. If you live to fulfill other people’s idea of what happiness looks like, you’ll create a life your heart doesn’t enjoy.

Let Go of Your Past

Your ego may have doubts that make you second-guess your heart’s path. When you have fearful thoughts that make you question your life, see them as clouds temporarily blocking the blue sky that exists within. When you see through all illusions, you’ll recognize the love that exists at your core.

Every feeling you wish to experience already lives within you. You never have to do anything to earn the love already present in your heart. Allow your life to unfold naturally, with faith that things are falling into place. There is a greater plan unfolding, even if your ego can’t yet see how all your life experiences connect. Each event in your life carries deep meaning and moves you further along your heart’s path. Trust that your life is unfolding in a divinely guided way that will soon make sense.

Step Into a Bigger Story

You Know the Way

You’re the only one who knows what your heart’s path is. Although it may be tempting to listen to a confident speaker tell you what to do, they can’t hear your heart’s whispers. Looking for someone to lead you down your heart’s path will bring unnecessary suffering. Instead of looking for someone to reveal an insight that forever changes your life, let the answers you’re looking for find you in stillness.

What you’re seeking lives within. If you look for others to tell you what to do, you’ll waste energy searching in the wrong places. People may deliver important messages to you, but when they do, you’re the one energetically calling it in. There are times when it’s necessary to seek advice, but you must always see the guidance you receive through the lens of your heart.

Professionals can help tremendously in different areas of your life. At certain periods of your life, you may benefit from the expertise of a doctor, therapist, physical trainer, life coach, mentor, etc. Prioritizing your inner wisdom doesn’t mean others can’t help you. Your intuition will lead you to the people who can best assist you on your path, but it’s essential not to prioritize their guidance above your heart.

Believe in Your Dream

What does your heart most deeply desire?

Pursuing your heart’s dream will lead you down the unique path you’re born to walk in this lifetime. It doesn’t matter what anyone else says. If your heart repeatedly calls you to do something, there is a reason why!

It’s by responding to this inner call that you’ll be led down a transformative path overflowing with more love, peace, joy, and freedom than your ego can envision.

Believe in your dream, and it will become your new reality.

You live in a benevolent Universe that always supports you. If there is an unwanted life circumstance that keeps reappearing in your life, it exists to help liberate you from an old frequency you’ve outgrown.

The next exciting chapter you’ve been waiting to live is on the other side of the challenge you’re facing. All you must do to overcome the challenge in front of you now is sit down in quiet meditation and wait until the next step in your life becomes clear.

Play is the second most powerful energetic state you can live in, after gratitude. Being playful and enjoying the life you’re living brings more good things to you. Without taking the world too seriously, return to the feeling you had about your life when you were a child.

There are many advantages to becoming an adult, but you must never lose the childhood spark you were born with that makes you feel excited to be alive and curious about life itself. Your adult ego may have become so afraid of something bad happening to it that it no longer fully participates in the life it’s afraid to lose.

Being alive isn’t about avoiding pain and seeking pleasure; a life well lived is so much richer, fulfilling, and beautiful than that! A well-lived life is one where you’re excited to get up in the morning, and you have fun throughout your day, even when you’re faced with challenging situations and emotions. Remember to view each day of your life as a gift, and experience it with fresh eyes, even if you’re repeating activities you’ve done many times before.
